Knowtiv is an AI-powered workspace platform that provides tools for document management, meeting transcription and analysis, form building, e-signatures, team collaboration, voice interaction, and workflow automation. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related services accessible at knowtiv.ai.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Knowtiv. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Knowtiv. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes unrelated to operating the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Knowtiv uses artificial intelligence to assist with document creation, analysis, transcription, and decision-making. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Knowtiv and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing terms, pricing, and refund policies are presented at the time of purchase and on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting our support team at support@knowtiv.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowtiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knowtiv operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
