Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free on every paid plan. Switch monthly to annual at any time from the billing page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. You can change plans from inside the workspace and prorated billing handles the rest. No support ticket required.
Do you support government procurement?
Yes. The Enterprise plan supports custom procurement processes, including invoicing, custom MSAs, and compliance documentation. Contact sales to start the process.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never. Your documents, conversations, and data stay yours. We do not use customer data to train any AI model — ours or third party.
How is data protected?
